Un pequeño niño quiere un perro, pero su mamá se niega argumentándole que los perros son ruidosos, sucios e inquietos. Ante su insistencia, ella acepta que tenga como mascota a un dragón, si lo encuentra. Sorprendentemente, el dragón más latoso del mundo se instala en la casa.

A little boy wants a dog, but his mother refuses, arguing that dogs are noisy, dirty and restless. At his insistence, she agrees to let him have a dragon as a pet, if she finds one. Surprisingly, the world's most annoying dragon takes up residence in the house.
