Ene-o no

The narrator has mastered two letters: N and O. Usually those letters combine to form a magical word, but when our narrator’s Mom tells him it’s his first day of school and he says, “No!” the word seems to have lost its magic. But how can he go to school when zombies, dragons, and dungeons surely await him? Isn’t the teacher a four-headed monster? N-O, he simply won’t go.
